On January 17, 2025, at noon, Grenada's Prime Minister Dickon Mitchell, along with his delegation, arrived in Dubai following a visit to China and participation in the 20th-anniversary celebration of diplomatic relations between China and Grenada.
After a brief rest at his hotel, the Prime Minister held a meeting with Yuanfa Li, Chairman of Hengsheng Group. During the meeting, Chairman Li presented a detailed report on Hengsheng Group’s market promotion efforts and project construction progress in 2024. He also sought the Prime Minister’s continued support for global market promotion initiatives in 2025.
The Prime Minister expressed his pleasure with the achievements of the Grenada National Resort project in 2024 and encouraged Hengsheng Group to persist in making further advancements in project construction while contributing more significantly to the global promotion of Grenada’s citizenship by investment program.
The Prime Minister reaffirmed that the Grenadian government remains committed to fully supporting enterprises that embody a spirit of diligence and innovation. The meeting concluded on a positive note, with the Prime Minister extending an invitation to Chairman Li for lunch.
The following day, at the Shangri-La Hotel in Dubai, Hengsheng Group hosted their 2024 Year-End Summary Meeting and 2025 New Year's Party in a grand ceremony.
The event was attended by prominent guests, including Dickon Mitchell, Prime Minister of Grenada; Teddy St. Louis, Advisor to the Prime Minister; Lessey Arkera, Prime Minister's Secretary; and Ziya Rahaman, Consul General of Grenada in Dubai. Additionally, entrepreneur-guests from the United States and China, as well as Hengsheng Group’s global employees and representatives of its head partners worldwide, were present at the gathering.
The 2024 year-end summary meeting of Hengsheng Group was themed "Ride the Crest, Seek the Best." Looking back on the development process in 2024, Max Li, Director of the Marketing Management Center of Hengsheng Group, and Ma You, General Manager of the Development and Construction Center, jointly introduced and reported to the guests on the global marketing promotion and project construction in the previous year.
Afterwards, Chairman Yuanfa Li delivered a key speech where he expressed his sincere welcome and respect to the Prime Minister and the guests present. He mentioned that the attendance of Grenada’s key government figures gave the event extraordinary significance and also instilled confidence and motivation in the entire Hengsheng team to achieve their annual goals in 2025. The Chairman used the keywords "Sustainability," "Second Home," and "Win-win Cooperation and Deep Practice" to summarize the process and vision of Hengsheng's development and to elucidate to the guests the future vision of Hengsheng Group's Grenada National Resort project and the actions taken by the entire group to achieve this vision.
After Chairman Yuanfa Li’s speech, the meeting proceeded with its second main agenda - the signing of the target responsibility letter. The heads of marketing, construction, administration and other sectors signed a yearly target letter for the 2025. Prime Minister Mitchell expressed concerns about Hengsheng Group's 2025 plan and asked in detail about the specific content of the goal, the basis for setting the goal, and the methodology and approaches to achieve it. Following the annual meeting, the Prime Minister said that this was the most exciting part of the event.
When the target letter was signed, Director Max read out the 2024 Group Evaluation and Awarding Ceremony, during which the Prime Minister proposed to award the Development and Construction Management Center, which won the advanced collective last year, in order to commend them for their significant achievements in project construction in the past year. At the same time, he also hoped that the construction team would steadily and solidly advance the progress of project construction, overcome challenges, and strive to achieve the project's opening and operation goals as soon as possible, all with a sense of responsibility and professionalism.
Following the award ceremony, the Prime Minister immediately delivered a passionate speech, starting by greeting the Chairman Li and his wife Ms. Mou, all the members of the Hengsheng Group team and all of its agency partners who cooperated with the group at the scene and thanked them for their support for Hengsheng Group and the Grenada National Resort project. He strongly expressed appreciation of the achievements and efforts made by Hengsheng Group in 2024, and conveyed his expectations for the goal setting and implementation of methods and measures of the group in 2025.
When I met Mr. Li in the summer of 2022, I said that I would be very happy and excited to see the continued progress of the Grenada National Resort, and I would show my support for the project without reservation to ensure its final success.
I hope that the marketing agency partners present here will work together to establish good partnership friendship and develop the Grenada National Resort. Only by working together can we move forward and ensure the success of the project.
As I said before, this project is full of ambition and aspirations. Seeing so many Hengsheng Group employees being commended tonight, especially those in the project construction department, I believe this must be the driving force for everyone to continue to work efficiently in 2025.
I really like what Mr. Li said, “to cultivate the project as if it were your own child,” and I hope we can witness together that this child will thrive by 2027.

Thus, the annual meeting commenced with its second chapter, with Chairman Li delivering a New Year's greeting, expressing his gratitude and blessings to all guests, partner representatives, and all Hengsheng staff and their families.
Subsequently, Simon Zhao, Director of the International Marketing Department of Hengsheng Group, presented the first New Year gift to the guests: the Grenada National Resort Vision Hotel Apartment Project. He introduced the project's positioning, scale, design concept, location advantages, landscape composition and delivery standards, and mentioned that every detail of Vision not only embodies the hard work of the Hengsheng Group team, but also carries their passion for a better life and boundless vision for the future, and provides investors with diversified vacation options and investment options. In the future, the Grenada National Resort promotion team looks forward to more investors immersing in the spirit and ambiance of the Caribbean Sea with them.
With the Chairman’s blessing and the presentation of new projects, the annual meeting proceeded to the vibrant performances of some of Hengsheng Group’s employees, showcasing not only their personal talents but also signifying the enthusiasm, cohesion, and creativity of the team as a whole, thus adding a unique charm to the event. These wonderful performances celebrated the hard work of the past year while setting great expectations for a better future in the new year.
The curtains fell on the annual meeting with laughter and joy as everything drew to a perfect conclusion to the hard work of the past year while presenting an exciting prelude to the journey into the new year.
