Grenada National Resort: May 2025 Construction Update

Grenada National Resort (GNR), developed by Heng Sheng Group (HSG), is the largest Citizenship by Investment (CBI)-approved project in Grenada, setting a new benchmark for luxury tourism and residential investment in the Caribbean. Spanning more than 400 acres in the northern Levara part of Grenada, GNR will feature world-class amenities, including 500 ocean-view suites, an 18-hole golf course, a casino, an amusement park, helipads, and a yacht marina.

Hotel Tower Construction
Major progress was made in the Hotel Zone in May. A key milestone was reached with the completion of the steel bar binding, framework installation, and concrete pouring for the equipment mezzanine of the hotel tower. These foundational steps set the stage for continued vertical construction.

Design Development
Design work continued to advance across several areas. The layout for Phase II Tower #2 was optimized, and improvements were made to the functional layout of the hotel podium. Updates were also made to the exterior façade renderings and supporting construction drawings. In parallel, the landscape design for the hotel grounds was further refined.

Golf Course Advancement
Work on the golf course continued with adjustments to the specialized irrigation system design. Preparations for future construction progressed with the on-site delivery of key materials, including fencing and drainage pipes.

Logistics and Material Supply
May saw high activity in logistics and procurement. The 11th shipment of construction materials and equipment—including excavators, cranes, dump trucks, fencing, drainage pipes, steel bars, and fasteners—was successfully delivered and unloaded. Meanwhile, the 13th batch, which included engineering machinery parts, sand-washing equipment accessories, wires, and cables, completed inspection and was shipped by sea.
