Grenada National Resort (GNR), developed by Heng Sheng Group (HSG), is the largest Citizenship by Investment (CBI)-approved project in Grenada, setting a new benchmark for luxury tourism and residential investment in the Caribbean. Spanning more than 400 acres in the northern Levera part of Grenada, GNR will feature world-class amenities, including 500 ocean-view suites, an 18-hole golf course, a casino, an amusement park, helipads, and a yacht marina.
Structural Progress: Hotel Tower and Casino
The hotel tower vertical construction is progressing, with the completion of reinforcement and concrete work for the sixth floor completed this month. Efforts have now shifted to advancing the seventh floor, with a focus on the erection of crucial components such as walls, columns, and beams. Our work on the casino’s first floor is well underway, too, with 30% of the necessary framing now completed.
Design Development
Our dedicated design team is working diligently to enhance both the aesthetic and functional aspects of the resort. We've refined the podium layout and exterior facade designs. Room layouts are continually being refined to maximize comfort and space efficiency for our future guests. Furthermore, planning and design for Hotel Tower 2 and new apartment buildings are actively moving forward, marking an exciting expansion of the resort.
Golf Course Taking Shape
Significant progress is underway on the golf course. Major earthworks have been completed on several fairways, setting a firm foundation for future development. The current focus is on clearing fairway 16, preparing it for precise shaping. Perimeter fences around the golf course have also been installed.
Other Highlights
July saw the installation of critical infrastructure systems — including lightning protection, water and drainage systems, ventilation, air conditioning, and network connectivity for the hotel tower, lobby, and casino. We also installed a construction elevator within the hotel tower, improving accessibility for our construction teams.
